>Farewell Miles..

>Three months ago I was honored to photograph a friend and his family. Miles the father of my friend was diagnosed that week with terminal lung cancer. It was a very unique photo shoot for me as I knew the importance of these photos for the future.
Miles was incredible as he not only showed so much courage he also glowed as I photographed him as he was surrounded with the love of his family. It was the second time that week that I felt such love and energy between a family and their loved one. Earlier that week I photographed a family and their dying dog called Bella.
That week was no accident for me and my camera. It was clear that these two experiences where to show me I had a new calling with my camera.
This week Miles transitioned and he did so with dignity and strength. It was an honor to have been by his side near the end and to have had the gift to have captured his soul through my camera. His soul will always be alive.
I would like to share with you  few of my favorite photos I took of Miles. I am sure you will feel in your hearts what I felt when I was behind my camera.
Now that I know the preciousness of such photos to a family. I would like to give that to other families who are in a similar situation whether it be a family member or a four legged family member. Please pass this message along to someone who maybe in need of such a gift. The photo shoot would be complimentary…
