Last night I proudly bribed my kids Sophie and Jack (with Ben and Jerry’s ice cream) to come with me as I scouted new locations for some upcoming High School Senior sessions.
The reason I like to check out a place ahead of time is primarily to see what the light is doing. I love it when everywhere I look there is another neat backdrop to work with. I am fortunate to live in Bend as it offers endless unique and beautiful locations for photo sessions.
I must admit photographing your own kids isn’t the easiest as patience can run thin at the end of the day. However they both were in good form for their Mom last night so I managed to get the following shots. The Grandparents are going to like these!
